Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, or distribution of the Plaque Guard name, logo, or any product images — in whole or in part, in any format or medium — is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Koa Healthcare.

Shipping to the United States
We're happy to offer free shipping on all Plaque Guard® orders to the United States. As a Canadian product, Plaque Guard® qualifies for duty-free entry under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), and the vast majority of our U.S. customers receive their orders without any additional charges.
That said, we want to be fully transparent: U.S. trade and customs regulations are subject to change, and under the current administration, policies have been evolving rapidly. While we ship in full compliance with CUSMA, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) retains the authority to assess fees at their discretion.
Please be aware that you may be charged for any of the following at the time of import:
- Customs brokerage fees
- Import processing fees
- Duties or tariffs
These charges, if applied, are determined solely by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are outside of our control. Koa Healthcare is not responsible for any fees assessed by CBP upon entry of your shipment into the United States.
Important: Once your order has been shipped to the United States, any customs brokerage fees, import processing fees, duties, or tariffs assessed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser — even if delivery is refused. Refusal of delivery does not void or waive any fees or charges that have been assessed by CBP at the time of import.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
By purchasing any Koa Healthcare product, you agree that any legal disputes arising from or related to your purchase shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Peel Region, Ontario, Canada. This agreement applies regardless of your location at the time of purchase.
